Union Food Co. is a family-owned business with an over 50-year history of serving Chinese customers in the U.S. market. We are committed to producing safe, healthy, and delicious food products that meet the highest American standards.

Our founder (my gramps!), Mr. Y. B. Huang, believed that food should not only be tasty, but also good for you. That's why we use traditional Chinese fermentation processing and advanced technologies to create products that are both delicious and nutritious.

We are proud to offer a wide range of products, including edible oils, sauces, seasonings, spices, teas, and dried Asian foods. All of our products are made with the highest quality ingredients and are rigorously tested for safety.

We are also committed to social responsibility. We donate a portion of our profits to charities that support education, healthcare, and environmental protection.

American Standards for a Chinese Market

In the past, production in China did not always equal a commitment to quality. This has led to a growing demand for high-quality, safe food products. We promise to create super transparent supply chains sharing where we source and how we produce. This starts with our in-house manufactory in Fu Zhou where my grandfather was born. We then ferment all of our goods in the US and do final packing here to a HACCP & GMP Certified standard.

Union Food Co. is committed to meeting this demand. We are currently working to bring our products to the Chinese market. We believe that our American standards will help to raise the bar for food safety and quality in China.
