Where Sauce Meets Craft.

Three generations of the family in the Union City warehouse

FOR THREE GENERATIONS, WE’VE BEEN MAKING THE SAUCES AND FLAVORS BEHIND CHINESE FOOD IN AMERICA—THROUGH LIAN HOW, UNCLE CHEN, AND DOU—PRESERVING THE CRAFT, CULTURE, AND FLAVOR THAT HAVE SHAPED HOW AMERICA EATS

STORY

It all started in Taiwan in 1960 with a chili sauce and a family determined to make it right. Three generations later, we’re still making sauces with the same care, craft, and respect for the Chinese flavors that started it all.

Meets Craft.

MADE IN HOUSE

Rich, aromatic, and made to finish — our oils range from traditional stone-ground sesame oils to bold chili oils and everyday kitchen staples. Built on generations of oil-making expertise, they bring fragrance, depth, and character with just a drizzle. The kind of bottles that rarely stay in the pantry for long.
